Angra is a progressive power metal formation from São Paulo, Brazil. Formed in 1991, with Andr Matos(vocals), (bass), (drums), Kiko Loureiro(guitar) and Rafael Bittencourt(guitar), they underwent a big line-up change in 2000, when the vocalist Andre Matos, the bassist and the drummer Ricardo Confessori, that have entered after , left the band and founded Shaman (later renamed to Shaaman) together with Luis' brother . They were then replaced by Eduardo Falaschion vocals, Aquiles Priesteron drums and Felipe Andreolion bass. Angra's new album "Aurora Consurgens" was released on October 2006. The first single of "Aurora Consurgens" is called "The Course Of Nature" (composed by Eduardo Falaschiand Kiko Loureiro/ Lyrics by: Eduardo Falaschiand it's available to download on Angra´s Website: http://www.angra.net The new tour has already started.
